Two women was taking an afternoon walk when they heard weeping! So, they followed the sound to find four 1-month-old pups all alone! So, the kind ladies directly contacted a local rescue group for help.
While waiting for rescuers, one of the women, who has a great experience in such situations, started examining the pups, and found that they were covered with ticks! Thankfully, the rescuers arrived and took the puppies directly to a veterinary clinic to take care of them.
Fortunately, two of the pups were in good health, and were given permission to go to the shelter. On the other hand, the 2 other pups stayed at the clinic as they needed to be treated. They needed blood transfusions and extra TLC as they had anemia because of being malnourished besides the tick bites.
Thankfully, the healthier pups, who were taken to the shelter, were then fostered! While the 2 pups who stayed at the clinic are getting better by days after being given the medications they needed. We hope that all the puppies will be fine and adopted soon. Watch the video below.
