Sky, a five-month-old dog, got killed by Brian Benjamin, a 67-year-old man in Niagara Falls, NY. Dave Bower, Falls Police Animal Control Officer, says that when the Siberian Husky started yelping, she was a leash in a fenced-in backyard.
The boyfriend of the owner went to the backyard after hearing the cries, and saw, Benjamin, the monster, standing over the unconscious dog. Benjamin escaped the yard, but he was then arrested.
Melissa Cummings, the owner, took Sky to the nearest vet but it was too late. The cause of death, that was revealed by the Cornell Animal Health Diagnostic Center after necropsying the body, was because of severe blunt force trauma. The police arrested Benjamin, but Melissa Cummings and her boyfriend believe that he will not be punished. What do you think?!
