A sweet beagle mix called Lucky thought he had found his forever home when he was adopted from The Green County Animal Shelter of Virginia. But it turned out that it wasn't the end of the story as the people who adopted him surrendered him back to the shelter.
It was a big shock of the staff of the shelter as the family who adopted him loved him so much but they were not able to keep him because of his size as he grew to become very huge.
So, the shelter shared a post on Facebook highlighting the dog's great attributes such as being adorable towards dogs, cats, and kids, loving to go outdoors very much, and having great leash-walking skills.
They also added that he needed a forever home. The post directly went viral and many people applied to adopt him. Thankfully, within less than a week, the dog was adopted by a kind family who knew how to deal with a-sized-dog. He is now having a great life with his new owners who love him more than anything. What a happy ending!
