Rescuers of Stray Rescue of St. Louis received a call about a small abused pup, who was in a junk pile with trash!
Thankfully, rescuers arrived to the scene, and saved the dog, who had wounds on his face. Chowder, the dog, is so friendly despite everything he has been through.
Chowder directly wagged his tail when seeing Donna approaching him. Unfortunately, they knew that the dog was used in “dogfighting”. It was obvious that he was possibly bitten by a huge dog.
When he was in the car, he directly buried his face in rescuer’s arms. The most important thing is that Chowder will have a great life as he will be available for adoption once he is completely healed.
