Florida police officers sent a message says “Don’t. Just don’t” for people who leave their pet animals in cars on hot days. They did that after rescuing a small pup from a 91-degree car by smashing the window.
Citations were issued to the dog owner by the police, who returned the pup to her as it is so young.
A spokesperson for Escambia County called Joy Tsubooka said that they found that the best thing was to keep the puppy with its mama.
After what happened, Pensacola Police shared their message on Facebook asking people not to leave their pets in hot cars.
