A woman in Mexico saw her neighbor's dog being left tied up outside during the rain with nothing to eat or drink for more than one month! She then knew that she had to do something, so, she recorded the whole situation and shared it online to let people know about it.
She wrote that the dog's family gave her nothing but a bottle of water, no matter what the weather is, the dog stayed outside! The video went viral and many people asked authorities or rescue organizations to act directly to save the dog from her hell!
That's when PROPAEM, the Environmental Protection Agency of the Government of the State of Mexico, dealt with the situation and took the dog under its care. No more information was given, but they said that they would share any new thing through official channels. Watch the video below.
