This story speaks about a doghouse that was spotted in southern L.A by a man, who immediately called the authorities, who came to the scene and found a wounded dog inside.
The authorities directly contacted the Ghetto Rescue Foundation, who took him and cleaned him up, they also named him Walter Worthy Higgins. Look at him! He is pretty better.
Thankfully, the dog finally found a forever home to stay in. He really gets what he deserves.
