The Kelly family believed that the pup, Reggie, they adopted was born deaf. This means that she does not actually know how to bark as she has never heard a bark before! However, it looks like she sees how the other dogs barking and decided to try it!
One day, she started acting like she was barking, but the bark came with no sound! So, her mama, Lindsay Kelly, thought that she was sneezing or coughing!
