He was chained up in someone’s backyard with no proper water or food! He just had some cheerios to eat, and dirty, green water to drink!
Marley is so friendly and love to be cuddled, PETA was always watching him, and his owner finally decided to give him to them. Thankfully, they treated him perfectly, and he was fully recovered. The best thing was that he found a new forever home to stay in.
