Cat Rescued From The Rubble After Seven Days Of House Explosion

A house explosion was caused by a gas fire on March 13, in Swansea, Wales. Unfortunately, many neighbors’ houses got some damage after the house collapsed!

Unfortunately, Brian Davies, a 68-year-old person, died to the explosion, and many others have been left with big injuries, according to Detective inspector Carl Price.

However, there was some good news as Ethan Bennett was rescued along with his mom, Claire, and their cat, Fern, and a pup. But there was a missing pet after all, which was Teddy, a ragdoll cat! The fear was that the explosion may perish him!

Anyway, Teddy was later spotted, so, the South Wales Police and Swansea Cats Protection teamed up to locate him! It was a hard rescue mission due to the situation of the neighborhood and the surrounding homes, but they were able to locate the cat and save him on 19 March. Despite being dusty, Teddy was unharmed!

It was a great news for Claire, who had just returned home after spending a week in the hospital to heal for her injuries. It was a very emotional reunion for all the family as tears were all around.

We are so glad that the cat was found safe and sound, but also sad for Brian Davies' family's loss! Watch the video below.
