ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) has named a 7-year-old kid called Roman McConn as the kid of the year of 2018 after rescuing more than 1,300 dogs.
In an interview, McConn said that the most important thing he did for every dog he met was that giving them the perfect forever homes they needed. When McConn was only 3 years old, he told his family and friends to give him money for his fourth birthday to his favorite rescue dog instead of giving him gifts.
Since then, the small kid found an organization that rescues dogs from shelters called Project Freedom Ride that is based in Texas. He also helps them find forever homes. His family especially his mama, Jennifer McConn, has been encouraging and helping him since the beginning.
She is the one responsible to post on Facebook about the rescue dogs telling people that they need forever homes. What a hero kid! Watch the video below.
