This story speaks about the African rain frogs, who naturally look angry or sad. From the first sight, you may think that they are angry or sad, but this species that its original habitat in the Southern coast of Africa just looks like this.
They are very tiny as the maximum length they can reach is 2”. This type of frogs does not need open water to survive as they live in forest fringes. They expand their bodies to create more active position when they are threatened.
The male black African rain frog will never fall of the female frog’s back during mating season as she discharges a sticky substance. This is the definition of loyalty in this species life cycle! How awesome!
