K911 Animal Ambulance in Quebec, Canada said that Hope, a Toy Poodle, was born with two ounces as weight under their supervision. When man who runs this pet ambulance service, Rodney Mclean, was told that Hope would not survive more than 2 days, he was heartbroken.
But fate had different opinion as Hope, who is now 4 months old, is now eleven ounces! She can also be thirteen ounces once she is adult! Rodney shared a video about the way of taking care of Hope with a special diet. The little dog just wants to play like any other dog.
However, she is put in an enclosure for her safety. She is also taken out to play with a tinkling ball at timely intervals.
She has the biggest personality, and she's high on spirit regardless of her miniscule size. She is the smallest dog on earth! She is so adorable and friendly! How awesome! Watch the video below.
