Photos of the white whale Migaloo have been recently shared online. It is believed that the whale, that was seen in Victoria state’s south coast, Australia, was Migaloo!
Dr Vanessa Pirotta, marine scientist, said that they aren’t completely sure that the whale was Migaloo, but the chance to be Migaloo is high as it is a part of the east population that generally migrate this time of year.
However, Migaloo has been sighted on and off in Australian waters over the years since it was seen back in 1991. Migaloo means ‘whitefella’ as it could be seen in turquoise while swimming. What do you think? Is is Migaloo?
