Last week, Allen Boartfield, a volunteer with Dream Fetchers, received horrible news. The call said that 2 small pooches were found in a cage at a sidewalk in Barstow, California.
Allen said that the owner of the dogs had been evicted from her home, and she carelessly left the dogs!
Treasure and Catch, the dogs, were both scared from strangers, but thankfully, Boartfield was able to get their trust. Treasure was in good health, but Catch caught some cold, because of his name, and he will be rehomed with Treasure soon into their forever home.
