Family Dumped Their Paralyzed Dog At Shelter And Took Her Wheelchair Away

A 2-year-old Cocker Spaniel called Angie became paralyzed in her back legs and no one knows how. But what everyone knows that she was surrendered to the Miami-Dade Animal Services by her owners who even took her wheelchair before leaving.

The shelter wrote on Facebook that they want someone to take the dog or she may be euthanized. Thankfully, an animal rescue called Lovely Loaves Special Needs Rescue & Sanctuary heard about her and directly intervened to help her.

Angie was directly transported to Lovely Loaves Special Needs Rescue & Sanctuary where she took a great bath. The next morning, the Cocker Spaniel was taken to the vet who told them that she has a fractured T11.

The good thing was that the dog, was renamed Molly, wasn't feeling any pain. Fortunately, she had another wheelchair from Eddie’s Wheels for Pets. Thankfully, the dog is now in a lovely foster home with a great family.

Happily, she was also put up for adoption as she was completely healed, and guess what! She was adopted a few months later. She now lives in a home where she's loveable. Watch the video below.
