A man from York City PA is charged with animal counts after he dragged his 10-week-old pup for 30 yards in front of a cop after punching the dog in the ribs.
Anthony Castro, the 29-year-old owner, was seen by Tyler Benton, the cop, dragged a small pit bull pup with his 2 front legs off the ground. The dog was then extremely punched in the ribs.
So, an animal cruelty charge was directly filed by officer Brenton against the cruel owner in the court. The pit bull remains in Castro’s possession while the authorities are reviewing the case. What do you think?!
