I still can't understand how some people can be so cruel against their animals. A passerby in Spring, Texas, called Harris County Animal Cruelty Investigators about a bag of puppies that was thrown out of a moving car by a monster.
Michael Allan directly went to save the puppies and he was shocked by what he saw. There were 8 puppies starving in a pile and cramped together. So, he directly took the newborn puppies, who had not even opened their eyes, to the hospital to receive the treatments they needed.
Unfortunately, one of the puppies had died, and the rest will be put in a temporary foster and they will available for adoption since they are completely healed. Investigators are now looking for the responsible person who has done this cruelty.
