This story speaks about 2 dogs called Kiara and Millie, who’d lived in a severe neglect and cruelty case for about 5 years. They had been in deplorable conditions which caused them to be covered in ticks, fleas, and parasites, and extremely malnourished.
Their sad, bad life came to an end as Humane Society International of Costa Rica came to the rescue and saved them both. Thankfully, Kiara and Millie would get the love and medical care they needed.
They’re now continuing their healing process mentally and physically, and they are ready for adoption.
