Woman Saves Dog Drowning In A River After Being Tied By Its Leash To A Heavy Rock

Jane Harper and her dogs stopped to investigate when the painful shrieks of a distressed dog near River Trent in Farndon, Nottinghamshire! Jane directly rushed to help a dog struggling in the waves.

Actually, the Belgian Shepherd had been tethered with no mercy to big rock by a psycho to ensure her death! So, she was able to pull the poor dog and directly took it to the local veterinarian, who helped it to survive, after informing Nottinghamshire Police.

Thankfully, the health of Bella, the dog, is now on the mend. The local RSPCA officers and police officers are calling this "a nasty and evil thing to do”. The police were able to know Bella’s owner that is a 31-year-old woman, and they arrested her.
