Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the Ukrainian President, did not let the ongoing war to stop him from honoring one of the bravest members of the Ukrainian services, which was a dog called Patron, who's been saving many lives after discovering bombs with sniffing.
Mykhailo Iliev, the dog's handler/owner, and his dog, were received a medal for saving lives of civilians and soldiers by the president during a ceremony. Justin Trudeau, Canadian Prime Minister, was also in the ceremony and saw the 2-year-old Jack Russell terrier being honored.
President Zelenskyy said during the ceremony that Patron is a true hero as he has been saving and protecting lives during the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. Well-deserved Patron. Watch the video below.
