The brave cow stayed in the forest for many weeks, which left people shocked about how she managed to survive!

But they soon knew that a herd of deer was taking care of Bonnie the entire time! Bonnie did everything with the deer like resting, eating, and sleeping.

During the harsh winter, Bonnie was being cared by a woman called Becky Bartels as she was on her land.

So, Bonnie got a sled full of bedding and food every day. At first, Bonnie did not allow Becky to touch her, but when she saw that Becky helped her, she allowed her to pat her.

Becky was also prompted to call the Farm Sanctuary, New York, as the neighbors told her if they saw Bonnie in their land, they would kill her.

So, a rescue team was sent to pick the cow up and take her to new home.

It was a hard task, but they were successful after many attempts.

However, Bonnie made new friends on the farm after more than 8 months of living with deer herd in the wild.
