While a single barnacle might not harm a turtle and often goes unnoticed an excessive number of barnacles can lead to issues. Luckily there's a man named Chika Boy in Sri Lanka who is dedicated to helping his sea turtles by removing these barnacles.

Chika Boy carefully uses a knife to remove each barnacle from the sea turtle. Some barnacles are easier to remove than others. With determination he successfully removes every one. Afterwards Chika Boy gently releases the turtle back, onto the shore watching it happily scurry towards the ocean.
