Shakas owner brought her to the vaccination drive organized by Sidewalk Specials seeking assistance. While they were, on a hike in the mountains they came across a snake.
Shaka bravely jumped in to protect her owner but got injured in the process. Her eye looked pretty bad so the woman agreed to let them take Shaka to the veterinarian...
All Shaka wanted was to get better and return home safely.. Thanks, to the generosity of sponsors and all the donations received that's exactly what happened!
